David Ruggerio's Italian Kitchen: Family Recipes from the Old Country
I am a cookbook collector and this is one of my favorites. Very well-rounded collection of all types of Italian recipes...from simple to advanced techniques, inexpensive to delectable ingredients. Love, love, love cooking out of this cookbook SO much that I don't even alter the recipes, and for me, THAT'S HUGE!!! Not to mention, the pictures and stories are beautiful...really makes you want to move to Italy!
